Isaku Matsumoto, based in Hong Kong since 2019, has more than 19 years’ experience at Tokyo Stock Exchange & Japan Exchange Group, and currently engages in market communications and developments for equity market. Prior to Hong Kong, he also had worked in Listing division and Derivatives division for product management, including engaging in corporate governance related projects, drafting of listing & trading rules, launching of new products and communicating with investors. He has held the current position since July 2022.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Political Science from Waseda University, an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as well as a Master of Social Science from the University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Jinwoo Cho is currently serving as the Head of the Value-up Facilitation Team at the Korea Exchange (KRX). He is responsible for managing the Value-up Program and supporting listed companies in their efforts to enhance corporate value. Over the past two decades at the KRX, he has accumulated extensive experience across various capital market functions, including KOSDAQ market business, KOSDAQ listing examination, equity market rules, and ETFs. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Seoul National University, earned his MBA from Duke University in the US, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
Joe Lin is executive vice president of the equity-investment-related of Cathay Life Insurance. While facing the low interest rate environment and negative interest spread, Joe not only take responsible of creating investment income for the company but also lead responsible investment working group. In order to fulfill the duty of being an asset owner, we have already integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues into investment decision-making and ownership practices to realize responsible investment.

Dr. Eugene Chien is a distinguished Taiwanese scholar and diplomat. He initially served as a professor and dean of the College of Engineering at Tamkang University. Prior to that, he was elected as a legislator and subsequently held several key governmental positions including the first Minister of the Environmental Protection Administration, Minister of Transportation and Communications, Representative of the Taipei Representative Office in the UK, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Going on 18 years after retiring from the civil service, Dr. Chien has dedicated himself to promoting sustainable development in Taiwan. He currently leads four NGOs: the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy (TAISE), CTCI Education Foundation (CTCIEF), Telecommunication & Transportation Foundation (TTF), and the Taiwan Net Zero Emissions Association (TNZEA). Together, these organizations have hosted more than 2,000 events, including the Global Corporate Sustainability Forums, SDG Asia Expo, and Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards, with participation from over 400,000 individuals representing 86 countries worldwide.
Leveraging Dr. Chien’s years of effort and influence in promoting climate change awareness and sustainable development solutions, he has been instrumental in assisting with the country’s move towards a greater future and its international connections. President Lai Ching-te has currently appointed him as the advisor of the National Climate Change Committee of the President Office and as an ambassador-at-large for Climate and Sustainability of Taiwan.
Dr. Chi-Jui Huang is a Professor at The Department of Finance and Cooperative Management at National Taipei University (NTPU). He completed his Ph.D. in International Business at the National Taiwan University in Taiwan and his MBA in Business Administration at the National Chengchi University. He was the Secretary-General and Spokesperson of NTPU, Associate Dean of the College of Business, the Chair of the Department, and the Director of EMBA in International Finance of the College of Business. Over 30 years of governmental and academic experience, including the Commissioner of the Labor Retirement Fund Supervisory Committee, the Commissioner of the Sustainable Accounting Standards Committee, the Commissioner of the Department of Economic Development in Taipei City Government, the Director of the board of the Small and Medium Enterprise Credit Guarantee Fund of Taiwan, the section chief of the Banking Bureau, Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) and the Consultant, The Bankers Association. He is the Principal Investigator of “2020-2025 Taiwan Sustainable Investment Survey”. His main research interests are green finance, financial institute management, corporate social responsibility, and ESG. His more than twenty articles have been published in the Sustainable Development, Journal of Cleaner Production, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Strategic Property Management, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management, Journal of Management and Organization, Asia-Pacific Journal of Accounting & Economics, Journal of Product & Brand Management, Corporate Governance, Journal of Financial Studies, Journal of Management and Business Research and leading Taiwanese academic journals, etc.

Dr. Jerry Lin serves as the Chief of Center for Sustainable Finance Development at the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance (TABF). The center dedicated to promoting sustainable finance and Taiwan’s sustainability transition, which plays a key role in supporting government policy implementation and cross-sector collaboration.
Jerry Lin had practical experience in banking financial management and risk management in Taiwan. He earned his PhD from the National Taiwan University and previously served as the director of the research institute at TABF. He has been the financial and economic columnist for The Taiwan Economic Daily News since 2015,and is also an adjunct assistant professor and associate professor rank specialist of finance at Soochow University , Shih Chien University and Chinese Culture University, with policy research focusing on sustainable finance, and practical research focusing on banking innovation and global financial markets.

He was EVP, head of investment banking department at Yuanta Securities, VP of JP Morgan Taiwan investment banking department and Deutsche Bank, respectively, in the banking career.
Joe Chen is assurance services leader at Audit & Assurance and sustainability assurance services leader in Taiwan. Joe has over 20 years of experience in audit and assurance. Joe’s extensive professional capabilities and knowledge in accounting, auditing, and business operations provides him with in depth understanding of business operations and the expertise to identify the risk and related controls within business processes. Joe is a member of Sustainability Standards Committee in Accounting Research and Development Foundation in Taiwan.
